"You should distance yourself from me, Amelia. I'm not for you," he said with determination and walked away, leaving me alone in darkness. ** Amelia Spencer was a seventeen year-old girl, going through a bewildering phase in her life. Music was her passion, her escape from the harsh reality. She was still getting her life together. Trying to amend relationships, strengthening bonds of friendship and steering clear of trouble was all she was aiming for. But then she meets a dark-haired man with glazed eyes... a man she met on the unluckiest day of her life, a man who brings her bad luck at almost every chapter of her last year in high school and lands her in trouble -- trouble that puts her already complicated life on the line. But somehow, his sphinxlike enigma draws her closer to him despite the danger that seems to ooze out. She wants to break down the iron facade that he has oh-so-perfectly built around himself and find out who he is. The only question is - will she ever be able to? Will he let her into his secret life? Will she also crawl out of the pit of trouble without facing death? Start reading to find out and you'll soon be in Amelia's life.

"Give me to the road Upon the heart That I had sold Warm my heavy hands My heavy hands For you to hold," I Followed Fires, written and performed by Matthew and the Atlas. || A Sebastian de Poitiers x OC Fan Fiction. I do not own Reign nor do I own the characters that are included in this written story with the exceptions of my own original characters. Synopsis: No respectable woman in France would accept the hand in marriage with a bastard, even if it was the king's bastard. The very idea of marriage for Sebastian seemed impossible, and he continued life as he indulged in his freedom. But the pleasures that life offers would come to an end sooner and later, wouldn't it? The end of Bash's freedom meant the beginning of a marriage; an arranged union by the king for which he least expected. Bash and Adèle both followed fires throughout their lives, which led them to a great blaze that brought them together. NOTE: Please make a mental note that in this story, Bash is still in his quest to defeat the Darkness, and has not successfully killed him yet, even months after Henry's death. In Reign, on episode 1x09 (Slaughter of Innocence), Henry's death and the Darkness's death both occurred not too long from each other, but in this story, it is not.
