It was there, ironically, in her next three years that she learned to face her problems instead of running from them. That was the life she lived, until one day, it shattered to pieces. She had been turned into a vampire. Now the war has become an internal one, everyday fighting to keep control of her blood lust. When the past decides to come knocking at her door though, and it couldn't have come at a better time for Ember. (a.n.
