"Time flies by the blink of the eye, leaving you dumbstruck. And, for others? It takes less than a few minutes to read your past like a book." Aaryahi is a shy and timid girl of 20, her standoff-ish persona leaving her with very few friends in college; people who mean the world to her. However, everything changes when Yakshit, an 'eager-to-do-anything-to-fulfill-my-curiousity' male, joins her college in the very department she majors in. His curiousity wants him to dig into Aaryahi's whereabouts. But, will it work? To make things worse, the recent news flashing from different parts of India has everyone's hackles arise. The police, as usual, can't seem to find the pattern of the killings, except one word, four letters bound on one string...KAAL. Just as the lazy Indian officers were to rule it as an accident or suicide, they find the Kaal's charm locket on every victim's neck. Is it the way he marks his preys? If so, why in such a public manner? Yakshit is an undercover officer who is deep into the 'trusting your instincts' game and deeply believes his instincts never lie. At least, they haven't so far. Deciding to go out on a limb, Yakshit rejoins the College in Kolkata because he has a feeling, or is rather confident, that Kaal will soon go hunting for his next prey there. But then, a certain someone catches his eye. He can't get over the feeling that there's something fishy about Aaryahi and he needs to uncover it before it's too late. Is it the chemistry that draws Yakshit and Aaryahi together, or is it something far more sinister? And then lies the biggest question. Who is Kaal? Description editing courtesy @Pillows_And_Darkness
