Marinette, a new girl at her school just returned from Shanghai after her parents were in a tragic accident. As Marinette arrives in Paris she is faced with an infamous player in her school. Adrien, the school's player is quick to notice Marinette and wants to use her to help get back at someone who hurt him in his past, Lila. As the two collide in an event, Adrien is quick to try and recruit her into his plan. Marinette reluctantly agrees and so their "friendship" begins. Marinette is very vary of the situation and simply wants wants Adrien is holding against her back. She despises players more than anything. Will Marinette succeed in helping Adrien in his plan? Will the two become more than friends, or will someone else step in? Will Adrien fall in love with Marinette? Could he even change his womanizer ways for someone new?

Marinette Dupain-Cheng moved to Paris- and she's going to Miracle Highschool- Home of the Miraculous Holders. This also happens to be the same school Adrien goes to. She makes a few friends and fiends, but nothing can prepare her for what's coming next. When Adrien first lays eyes on Marinette, the first thing that rushes through his head is 'beautiful'. He wants her, yet she doesn't want him. Not at first, anyways.

Marinette has been going to Miraculous Magic Private Academy since she was 4 years old. On her sixteenth birthday, she discovers that she is the chosen one, a type of witch that has special powers that no other magic being has. A chosen one is the most powerful magical being in the whole universe. But what Marinette doesn't realize, is that she is in horrible danger. The dark side of magic wants her on their side. If you have a chosen one on your side, your side will rule over all of the universe. But they only want her for her powers. What will Marinette do?

Marinette and Adrien's class goes to a class feild trip to China (which in this story is Marinette's old home before she and her family moved to France ). While Marinette reunites with old friends a certain Adrien Agreste starts to get jealous when an old friend of Marinette starts hanging out with her more than usual. Chloè hadn't seen Adrien since she graduated, and because he had stopped modeling, she hadn't heard anything about him either. But their school is having an oddly early reunion, because Chloè plans to win him over while she is still young and beautiful. Hopefully a certain Marinette Dupain-Cheng won't get in the way.
