Izuku has the quirk of "crystal" where Izuku can change a part or all of his body into green emerald like crystal. The more he trains the more harder and more he can produce crystal. Izuku is a vigilante in this story until he gets caught by aizawa. He also gets one for all.

One day nedzu finds a baby wrap with blanket on the floor outside of ua gate he then decided to adopt the baby and name him izuku nedzu who has a infinite quirks (Also izuku was born with a girl thing not a boys member )

What happens when Midoriya actually has a hidden quirk but it only appeared when Midoriya reached a certain age? What will happen when Midoriya awakes to a totally different appearance and what will other think?
