This is a sequel to my previous story, "The Race Against Time". If you haven't read that yet, read it first or this one will make practically no sense. Plus, a rich reading experience will be ruined if you don't read it! It has been three months since the events of the first story. Our heroes are trying to get back to a normal life after their life-threatening adventure, but one thing stays stuck in their minds - Mr. Ominous. They don't know where he is or what he is doing, but they are positive he is up to no good. And just when they think they have gotten back to a normal life, they receive a letter from none other than Mr. Ominous. With it is a list of tasks for them to accomplish. These tasks are all missions to save the world from his attempts to take over Earth's government. So in no time they are scurrying to complete these tasks and save the world. But they are baffled as to why Mr. Ominous would tell them his plans so they could stop him. They think he has a larger motive, but they don't know what. What is Mr. Ominous really up to? And will they be able to complete the tasks before it's too late?

Two completely normal kids, brother and sister, wind up having to save their town from a destructive force. To do this, they have to reach way out of their comfort zone. Together they endure the challenges they are put through and they realize what it really means to be a true hero.
