After a few years of Kurama's attack; Naruto disappeared. No one knew where he went, but no one dared to look for him. In fact, they were glad he wasn't in the village. The only ones concerned about his wellbeing was the Hokage: Sarutobi Hiruzen. At the age of six, Naruto returned to the village; pretending to be dumb, to be a knucklehead and pulling pranks. In reality, he's there on a mission. A mission no one knows about. He joins the academy to learn about everyone, even the teachers. In terms with Naruto's return the Hokage didn't question his disappearance but only smile at the small boy with open arms.

The Fourth Hokage's body was never found, but they never suspected that was because he hadn't died. Minato Namikaze wakes up six years after the devastating Kyuubi attack, alone in an overgrown clearing with not a scratch on him. Disoriented and confused, he does exactly what any father would do in this situation. He fights through the pain, gets up, and goes to find his son. He trudges through the pounding in his head and forces himself to move-- to go and find him, because that masked man was still out there, and Minato is willing to do anything to protect his little ball of sunshine. Needless to say, the blonde kage wasn't expecting so much time to have passed. Nor is he very impressed with the way the village has been treating his son all these years.

This is a story where Madara had a son and he trained him to be the best Shinobi ever. He trained his son to even surpass himself. When Yoshiro was 5 an Anbu member found him and brought him to the village. After the massacre, Yoshiro and Sasuke were the last Uchiha's but the Hokage decided to make Yoshiro be unknown to everyone except two people... his teammates. (They are also OC's) When the chunnin exams was nearby, the Hokage decided to make Yoshiro and his team to take it, even if they were doing Anbu black ops rank missions at the age of 6. Jiraiya of the Sanin brings the three orphans he meets at Amekagure to Konoha, enrolling them into the academy and they become full fledged ninja soon. Years Later, after the Kyuubi Attack, Yahiko dies trying to save Minato and Kushina from the masked man. After the attack, Nagato and Konan feel it's their responsibility to take care of little Naruto. As Naruto grows they realize his presence is unwanted, when Naruto turns seven. They leave the village and stay hidden for years while training little Naruto. They form the Akatsuki with the help of 'Madara Uchiha' and Naruto melts each of the member's hearts on the way to become The Akatsuki's Heir.

The fourth great ninja war ended. Madara won the war. Everyone died and all seemed lost. Except for one shinobi. His name is Naruto Uzumaki. There's was only one way to fix things. And that was to travel through time.
