Religion rules Constantine's world...and she has been condemned as the Spawn of the Devil. She is a Champion, a human being blessed with superhuman abilities by the deities of her world. However, her patron happens to be the Lord of War and Strategy - and women were never supposed to be Champions of War. In order to survive in a world that would rip her apart, she disguises as a boy, training to fulfil her supposed destiny. But fate has other things in store for her. An ancient evil is rising - and only Constantine may have the power needed to fight it. Along with a brash warrior and a too-perceptive scholar, Constantine begins to unravel secrets of a prophecy foretelling the end of the world. [I apologize for how immature this book reads. I wrote this when I was like 14 and haven't fixed it since. Warning: cliche plots and unnecessary cursing ahead] Bethany Ford isn't your average, everyday teenager. At fifteen, she's already mastered more than 12 fighting styles, mastered the art of street-conning, and is already about to live on her own. She can defeat and overcome anything. Well... almost anything. Just when Bethany hits the streets in order to get away from her abusive family, she drops into Gotham City. Literally. With the Motherbox, Bethany is able to travel to a whole new dimension; one that includes the Justice League and their sideki- I mean, apprentices. If holding one of the most powerful objects in the universe isn't hard to believe, meeting the Team is a whole different story. From Kid Flash's constant flirting to Superboy's continuous brooding, the Team fits together like a well-oiled machine, no matter how different they all are. Enter: the alluring, charming, and amusing Boy Wonder. Robin is filled with mischief and adventure, which is everything to distract Bethany. But will she be willing to trust him enough with her secrets? How far will trust go before it breaks? From living in the Wayne Mansion, starting school at Gotham Academy, and joining the Team, everyone knows that trouble is never far from paradise. The big villains begin to take notice of the spirited and talented new heroine. When a threat from the Light is revealed, can she afford to put all her trust in these new magnetic strangers and accept the Team's help? Or will the Light succeed in ensnaring Bethany? Will she ever settle in with the Team, or will they move on without her? Without further ado... a daring, bold, and heart-leaping novel. Prepare to get OVERwhelmed. [COMPLETED]

'My parents must hate me, why else would I be sent to this hell hole?' Elyria Colfort or better known by her nickname Lainey has pushed her parents beyond the point of no return. Raised in a restricting catholic household Lainey had never been given much of a chance to act like a teenager. She gets good grades, doesn't date rebel biker boys or do copious amounts of drugs but occasionally she does what she has to do to stay sane in a house where you get a slap upside the head for saying damn. She drinks occasionally, goes to a party now and then and goes to concerts with her friends. It was a concert that was the final straw for her parents. After sneaking out to see her favorite band with her friends she comes home to find her parents waiting. So what do they do when their child is listening to the 'devils music' (if you could call The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus devil music)? They send her to a all girls christian boarding school in England. After arriving Lainey expects the school to be filled to the brim with snooty, up themselves private school girls...and she would be right about that but what happens when she meets her tour guide? Enter Gerard Way, school priest, also according to every girl at Rosehill Academy 'the hottest human being in existence.' At first Lainey thinks he just happens to be a very gorgeous but cliche goody two shoes priest. But she's wrong, there's more beyond a book than it's cover and the longer she spend at the school the more things she notices that are 'off' about him. She may just be seeing things though, he could actually be a really nice guy, then again maybe not. So what is he? An angel? Or a bad, bad man? This plot and original characters are copyrighted©
