“You’re mine Clary, don’t you get it by now?" Sebastian yelled, his rage boiling over like an erupting volcano. "Screw Jace – not like you need encouragement – just give in and accept that we’re meant for each other! Forget about Jace!” Clary screamed as she felt her rune activate, and memories in the back of her mind were burned away. Memories of a boy with bright golden eyes.

We all know the story... Clary finds out she's a shadowhunter and is taken in by the inhabitants of the New York Institute. But what if someone else gets to her first, someone on the other side? And what if Clary was already a shadowhunter in the past but her memories were taken from her by a certain brother of hers? Clary is forced to face her brother and herself in a fight for her freedom and a fight to save the shadowhunter race from the demon that is Sebastian Morgenstern. Can she do it? Disclaimer: all characters from 'The Mortal Instruments' books belong to Cassandra Clare as does the initial idea. All i really own are the characters i create which will probably pop up later in the story.
