Jacob en Renesmee gaan trouwen, Jacob is nu 18 jaar oud en Renesmee 15, maar ze is een volgroeide vampier en lijkt op iemand van 17 jaar. Edward heeft hun helemaal geaccepteerd als een stel, en heeft er dus geen moeite mee als ze gaan trouwen. Bella en Renesmee zijn samen met Rosalie en Alice jurken aan het zoeken terwijl Jacob en Edward samen met de jongens een pak zoeken. Natuurlijk heeft Alice heel de bruiloft geregeld. Na de bruiloft gaan Renesmee en Jacob samen wonnen in la push. Ze hebben daar een huisje maar dat weten ze nog niet. Het is een bruiloft cadeau van Edward en Bella. Later krijgen Jacob en Renesmee een dochter, ze noemen haar Katharine. Het verdrag wat de Cullens met de wolven hadden geldt niet meer. Ze mogen elkaar gewoon en hebben een goede vriendschap gesloten.
