"Honestly Ronald! It's not like she sat down at the Slytherin table and turned into completely different person." Hermione said.
Elizabeth was sitting at the Gryffindor table for breakfast. She looked at Hermione and smiled, she was glad to still have her as a friend despite them being in opposite houses.
"Yeah, she's exactly the same as the day you meet her on the train," Harry added, smiling at the dark-haired girl sitting next to him, "the only difference is that now she wears a green scarf."
"But it's Slytherin!! Why would the sorting hat put her there? Everyone knows they're a bunch of snakes." Ron whispered the last part hoping Elizabeth wouldn't hear it.
"I may be in Slytherin, but that doesn't make me a snake." She mumbled, looking down at the floor.
