Dallas Winston left his sister in New York when he ran away at the age of ten. How will he react when she finds him in Tulsa? Will he accept her and be glad his sister is back or want nothing to do with her? What all goes down after they reconnect?

He shows her that the can both get out of the small town the live in and that dreams aren't always to go somewhere or be something. Sometimes a dream can be having someone.
