Meanwhile, The Joker has gone mad without his queen. Well, madder. He can't think straight without her. She's a drug to him and he needs her back. He will turn this entire world upside down to find her. When the Kind and Queen of Gotham run free again, spray painting walls and robbing banks are only the beginning of it.
