OH HI THERE! I'm going to have my first book to be a joke book. It isn't going to be only jokes, though, but also things that were funny, in my opinion, when I heard/read/thought of it. A lot of people have joke books, and some jokes are going to be the same, but that can not be avoided. That I have the same joke as someone else, doesn't mean that I stole it or read it in their book! Most jokes are from the internet or my friends (so credits to them of course) and some may be my idea, so don't bother hate on them because a friend told you that the other day, or your aunt posted the same on facebook. I can not stress enough that The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire was a real life event that truly did happen. The tragedy has effected millions of people, and, that's right, if you have a job, or are going to get a job, it has or will effect you. Because of this fire, we now have workers rights, such as Workers Comp., minimum wage, and other laws. For instance, the overhead sprinkler law and that fire escape doors can not have a lock on the outside. Because of these women and girls, we can thank them for these laws. They did not die in vain, they died for the future of our country.
