They're human of course, with a heart that pumps blood through their body and a brain that kept control of it all, but they were different in the fact that hunters did what no normal human would want to do. It was easy for some to remember the exact moment in their lives when they found out the world they knew was dead. Some were in the safety of their home watching news stories of people being torn apart and eaten alive. Some were out on the streets rioting and thriving in the waves of trouble this new fear brought. Some learned of the end the hard way as they were forced to witness this cruel new world take a loved one away from them. In the end, it doesn't matter where one was when the end of the world came. It doesn't even matter who one used to be. The dead now ruled the world and they craved the taste of flesh regardless of who it belonged to. The real question now, the only one that truly mattered anymore, was this: Who were you going to become?

Because the Scamander brothers are one of the best things to come from the Fantastic Beasts franchise so far. And I, like everyone else, fell in love with their characters the moment I saw them.
