When Mitch and Scott meet as college roommates, they're not sure what to make of each other. They're so different; Mitch is tiny and alternative and sarcastic and gay as a meatball, and Scott is absolutely positive he's straight as can be. Yet through a shared love of Queen Bey and a few of those spill-your-guts late night college talks, they forge a strong friendship, and from there... Well. Gay shit happens.

"Mitch wanted to be reckless. He didn't want to plan out this part of his life - he planned out his routines for skating competitions, not relationships." Hockey player, Scott Hoying, and ice dancer, Mitch Grassi, cross paths in Anaheim during the opening game of the hockey season. Over the course of the season, the two become closer than either had planned. While having two hectic schedules; traveling, games, and competitions, the two try to stay close to one another and build up their relationship.

The soft-spoken owner hears whispers over the counter: a mysterious, fashionable stranger arrived that morning. And he is a sort of beautiful Connor has only seen in magazines. Boy meets boy, and they both know their plot together is short, unattached and basic. That is, until a pastry, a month and an offer is given. And that exhausted story you've heard so many times... ...becomes wonderful.

Where Connor and Troye begin hooking up to distract one another from the difficult things going on in their lives' and decide to keep it from their group of friends, only to realize it's so much more than a friends with benefits situation. Or Loose Friends AU where Troye and Connor accidentally stumble into love.
