Life isn't perfect. It's what you do to make it seem as though it is. Kennedy Watson is popular at school. She's not the Queen B kind of popular. She's the kind of popular that everyone loves. She's kind hearted, helpful, and always happy. Jason Hawke is popular as well, in a worse way. Everybody in the school fears him. He's mean, brooding, mysterious, and just plain bad. He has a lot of secrets that weigh him down. They live completely different lives. But maybe things could change to make them both better. Together. (I'm really bad at descriptions. Sorry)

"Had a nice swim?" He asks, a smirk on his face. I could literally slap him right now. "Bitch, you pushed me," I say breathlessly, my body shaking from the cold water. He just looks amused, as he takes a step closer to me. "Language," he says, his voice almost a whisper, "there's children here." ••• Opal Rodriguez, the girl who's just trying to get through high school like the rest of us. Until Nathan Adams moved to the house right in front of hers, basically becoming a part of her life. With him, he brought his smirk, his cocky attitude, his hoe magnet, and a cute little sister. She wanted a relaxing day at the pool. He kind of ruined it. What was just a dare, grew into a strange friendship between these two. Maybe even more than that. Opal Rodriguez and Nathan Adams. The two lovebirds that unofficially met because of a dare by the pool. Having been invited to the wedding of her sister, Opal has to travel down south to be there in time. With Nathan, of course. With no car of their own, they decide to travel by any transportation that's affordable. Because why not. The only thing is that Opal is stuck dealing with her dumbass boyfriend for the next bunch of hours. This is the sequel of "Pushed into the Pool by the Bad Boy." A better experience would be to be read the first book before reading the sequel. Highest Rank: #274 in Short Story 4/23/18 2017
