First is was diet, only apples, carrots and orange juice. Then I realized how hard it was to deny food in my house. So I ate, very little, one meal a day. And that meal was thrown up 10 minutes after I ate it. I exercise like a priest studies bible verses, in a sense, exercising was my saving grace some days. My body looked disgusting.
