This book is a collection of poems created by moi~ My poems vary in genre depending how I feel when I write them. So I guess that they are sincerely written wouldn't you agree? Also, most of my these will be telling a story in which, hopefully, you can relate and feel the emotion in them. Alas, do enjoy the set of poems which are before you. || June 12, 2014 = Poetry #648 & Short Story #824 || || June 16, 2014 = Poetry #647 & Short Story #935 || || June 21, 2014 = Poetry #214 & Short Story #465 || || June 22, 2014 = Poetry #155 & Short Story #293 || || August 13, 2014 = Poetry #991 || | Cover by: offline- |

❝ you use your heart as a weapon and it hurts like heaven past the point of love shattered and untied do you ever get the feeling that you're missing the mark? it's so cold still I won't let go waiting to pick up the pieces that make it all alright but pieces of what? pieces of what we used to call home; pieces of what doesn't matter anymore. ❞ MGMT || B∆STILLE || T H E 1 9 7 5 flawrovium © Copyright 2014

Emma Roslyn. She's a twenty year old girl who parties every weekend and fools around - but not in a sexual way, if you get my drift. The only thing that's not normal about her is the fact that their family has a tradition. A Dating Tradition, to be exact. She's never taken this seriously before but when her Aunt Marissa made a deal with her, she had to promise that she would stop fooling around. Since Emma didn't like dating anymore, her Aunt Marissa asked her to date four more guys and after that would be the only time she could give up the tradition. Determined to do so, Emma accepted, confident that everything would be easy as it always has been. But the question is; Would it be easy this time? ❝ c o v e r b y m e ❞

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"I don't believe that everyone's life begins the moment they're born. In everyone's life, I believe there is one defining moment set aside from the rest, a turning point of events where their life really begins. Some begin their life for the better, but some begin their life for the worse. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I wasn't always like this. ⠀⠀⠀⠀I wasn't always such a bad guy. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀But, in the moment that my life began, it began for the worse." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Elliot Radke hasn't had the best life. When he was sixteen, he got in a car wreck that ultimately changed his life forever. Because of the death of his best friend, Elliot changed everything about himself. His personality, his appearance, his attitude towards life. He was done with the old Elliot; he was done with his old life. As far as he was concerned, Elliot was never going back.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀What if he met someone that could change that, though? Someone who crashed into his life; someone who had as bad of a past as he had? This is the story of how Elliot Radke and Bridie Everlast came to be; this is the story of how two broken souls can find each other to make a perfect whole.

Coffee pots, steel hearts and crumpled paper. I write to vent, the words spill from my mind through my pen to create art. Word art, dancing on the screen and playing on your tongue. Light and airy, or dark and secret. Thoughts of all varieties fill these pages, so enjoy my word vomit.

"Sophie I miss you. I miss the way you looked at me, the way I could wrap my arms round you and feel content. You understand me more than anyone I've ever met and I can't let you go. I know I said I would but I can't." As my eyes read over the words I could feel my heart break for Chris for a second time. The pain I felt already not equating to what he must have felt. Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here sounding out through my headphones as the tape played in the cassette player. 'How I wish you were here, how I wish you were here. We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year.' ~*~*~ After finding old tapes in her uncle's basement Joanna embarks on learning the story behind them and the reality of first loves.
