America. A virtual hellhole for anyone in middle school. 6th 7th and 8th graders are all at wars with each other. The hallways are anarchy. People getting mowed down by paintball guns, people hot glued to the wall, ruler swords , highlighter sensors. The 6th graders, they travel in hordes, whoever gets in the horde, they move through it getting beat up and just scarred for life. Then they spit up from the back side of the horde, like a conveyor belt. The 7th graders. The masterminds of invention, they are responsible for making all the new gadgets and weapons used by the 7th and 8th graders. Their main way of transport is via camps on top of the school rooms. The 8th graders. The strongest, most experienced people. They are master tacticians, and they develop new ways to use the gadgets. Their main way of transport is via the vents high up near the ceiling of the school. Everyone fighting. They all have one goal. To make it to high school. This follows the story of Jason, an 8th grader who's group fights for survival to get to high school, the promise land.
