In this book I'll explain the whole werewolf world and others, to my extent at least. I know some of you have no clue what's going on, well in this book I'll explain it. Think of it like a rule book of some sorts. A Human's Guide To The Werewolf Genre(and others) ©2016 All Rights Reserved To @Makalynn

Rose Abrams longs for adventure outside of her hometown of Brixham, England. Her small, monotonous town hasn't seen sickness or strife in many years, and the townspeople never seem to be open to any sort of change--or differences. While Rose and her father try to make a fair living off of the library that they own and do their best not to make ripples and fit in with their predictable (and prejudiced) neighbors, Rose knows that she is seen as different from the others in her town, and because of it, she and her father are falling on hard times. When debt finally catches up to the struggling pair, Rose beseeches the mysterious inhabitant of an old mansion, who offers her a deal that she finds she can't refuse. In return for paying off the debt, Rose must stay and work in the mansion as a servant. But this mysterious inhabitant harbors more secrets than they let on, and when Rose discovers that this mysterious person isn't all that they seem to be, she finds herself caught up in more adventure than she had ever dreamed Brixham would offer. *Takes place during the events of "Cress".* Disclaimer: Credit for a lot of character, event, and item mentions (Cinder, Eastern Commonwealth, letumosis, etc.) goes to Marissa Meyer. I only own the characters that I created and the plot. The fairy tale "excerpts" were created by me. The original tale I wanted to use did not offer good quotes for my purpose, so I made my own.

Yes indeed YES INDEED! A Naruto fanfic has been chosen for our first critique. Naruto was the first anime we watched so it only seemed appropriate. We'll be scouring Wattpad for gut-wrenching Mary Sues to add to this book of atrocities. So prepare your eyes my friends. Stories of untold mediocrity await you. Trash Tanuki will be taking over this train wreck. -Trash_Tanuki Art: Cookiesarethebest (Deviantart)

As a reviewer, I have a target on my back. Not everyone takes well to our comments. It's understandable. Some people can't handle hearing anything bad about their Mary Sue. Criticism is hard to swallow, but some definitely do it better than others. I will be chronicling my interactions with authors as well as how they've improved their stories since we've last reviewed them. The purpose of these updates is to better teach me how to deal with angry authors as well as how I can improve the phrasing of our stories in the future. It'll also show you just what it's like to be on the receiving end of keyboard rage. Hopefully, just hopefully, this won't start a keyboard war. -Trash_Tanuki

Bren Halsey has spent her whole life in an orphanage. She blames her miserable existence on her parents-they abandoned her on the orphanage's doorstep as an infant. Her daily routine consists of online classes, taking the trash out, and annoying the hell out of the staff. Now, at age fourteen, life still hasn't improved. Bren plans to move far away from the dreaded place the second she turns eighteen. Until then, life doesn't seem like it could get any worse. Until, that is, she's kidnapped one night while taking the trash out. Bren is taken to a building in her own town, just blocks from the orphanage. The outside says Hancock Avenue Medical Boarding School-the inside says torture prison. Within the building's brick walls are many other children and teens who have also been kidnapped. Bren is subjected to countless painful experiments and hours of slave labor. According to a certain Professor Charleston, the prison leader, prisoners will remain in the building for thirty days before being taken to an unknown location. Escaping is nearly out of the question, as there are guards everywhere and punishments are severe. Bren knows that she has to get out somehow, because the prisoners who are shipped off at the end of the month are never seen again. When Bren learns the prison's true purpose, her worst fear is confirmed: the whole operation is much, much, bigger than just the Medical School.
