Justin, a 'troubled kid,' loves to break into top-secret government facilities just for kicks. But this time he finds something more than trouble, he finds a baby dragon. Now stuck as a Rider, he's forced to service in the military for a century. But when a shadowy creature of his past returns, he is forced to face the reality of a service too secret. Justin has to come to terms that he is no longer an S-11 agent. He no longer wears a badge, no longer follows orders. Now he's basically a Rogue with a motley crew of the likes of a hell beast, a polar griffin, and a talking toucan. When the situation begins to go downhill, he must decide whether to follow his morals, or his instincts.
