To ease her pain she submerges herself in Imperial ideology and becomes a relentless servant of the Empire as a fervent member of the Sub-Adult Group, the Ante-Endor Association and a cadet hopeful. After she works her way into the lower ranks of the empire, years later she finds out things may not be what they seem and the truth about what happened to her community and her parents might conflict with her loyalty to the Empire. She finds herself consorting with rebels, now heading the New Republic, in order to get the truth. Later she's locked in a battle that pits herself against her cousin Bereskoc, gets caught between Imperial Intelligence and ISB rival crossfires and her quest for revenge skirts her towards the darkside.
