(Featured by Cosmopolitan.com, Brooklyn Magazine, Fangirlish.com and more!) When vintage-loving rock singer Scarlet Ryder and her band are offered to travel on a world tour as the opening act for the biggest pop band in the world, they can only laugh. What Scarlet doesn't know, however, is that one drunken kiss can change everything. The thing is, singers Louis and Harry happen to be the closest best friends that Scarlet has ever met. So much so, that Scarlet soon becomes tempted... seduced by someone she can't help but want and charmed by someone she doesn't realise how much she needs. Maybe there are three sides to a love triangle for a reason. • WARNING: Contains graphic language, alcohol/drug use and explicit sexual content. NOTE: Tangerine is currently undergoing some heavy-duty plastic surgery. At this very moment, countless new scenes are being stripped and added, enhancing a 100% fresh take on the original story. This means that the entire plot itself is going through a COMPLETE overhaul! There's also a second book coming after this one, but let's just take this step-by-step, yeah? I was named after the little mermaid, thought to be strong and brave. A name worthy of a princess, my mum used to say. But I didn't trade my voice for the handsome prince; I just never had it. I've always been the shy youngest sister, too afraid to raise her voice and make herself heard. I don't have the tail and I don't have the personality. I can sing, but no one ever hears me. I guess I only I have the red hair although it's not even naturally red. So how can I be part of his world when I can't even tell him my name? I better never meet the handsome prince, it'd be doomed to fail. So no, I'm not like the little mermaid, I'm just little shy Ariel. -:-:-:- BOOK #2 in the Aware Princess Series flower: Daisy, it symbolises "Innocence, loyal love, simplicity."

[THE SEQUEL IS UP NOW, IT'S CALLED BIRDS] Maddie was just an ordinary girl. She worked in a music shop, and she sang at a pub to save some money. And then she met him. Let's say he wasn't as ordinary, because you can't say that singing in big stadiums and attending awards ceremonies is ordinary at all. I guess that's why she couldn't stand him. She thought he was just the typical arrogant kind of boy who thought he got it all. But there was some other reason why she didn't want him to get any closer to her, something he didn't know. However, if there's something I'm certain of, is that they weren't as different as they thought. They both loved music with passion, they both had strong personalities. And the most important thing of all, they both needed someone to keep them warm.

Yes, I lost my father and he was the best man in the whole world. Yes, I have a stepmother who is a witch and whom I hate most passionately. Yes, I have two stepsisters that are a pain in my arse and who lost their brains when they were little. Yes, my life is like a cliché from a bloody fairy tale, but you know what is missing? The fucking Prince Charming! And where is he? Nowhere to be found! Probably he's dancing in his palace with a stupid and empty-headed Barbie. Arsehole. Who needs him, anyways? Certainly, not me. I'm almost Cinderella, but you can call me Ella. BOOK #1 in the Aware Princess Series flower: Gladiolus, t symbolises "Strength of character, honour, conviction."

[CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION // ALMOST COMPLETE, SHOULD BE DONE BY 2019. // RECOMMEND READING ONCE EDITING IS FINISHED.] ___________________________________________ ... he grabbed my upper arm pulling me back to him, his lips found mine -and his kiss was soft. Softer than I expected. He didn't try to grab anywhere on my body, he didn't try to force me to kiss him back or put his tongue down my throat - he just kissed me. It was a short lingering kiss that lasted only a minute, but it still left me almost breathless and bewildered to say the least. When he pulled away, I slowly opened my eyes to look at him, his eyes were hard and his lips pressed in a firm line. His hand found the collar of my jacket moving it away once more, enough for anyone to see the mark he left earlier. "You're mine now, and don't you forget it." he stated sternly, looking deep into my eyes his hard blue ones washing over my green iris's like a tsunami. I gulped tightly at how serious he was. He said that in such a way where it actually had me terrified, he looked frustrated, determined, even down right possessive. It made me never want to touch a guy again, touch Grant again, and maybe that's why he looked at me like that. He wanted to scare me so that I would never defy his words, so that he could have me to himself, but I barely knew him, never the less, he barely knew me - or my name. ___________________________________________
