This scifi story follows a boy by the name of "Blue". Being raised in the Outer City, he never had much in terms of money or possessions, with both parents dead he now fights a constant battle to keep himself fed and healthy, to do so however, he has resorted to stealing. But little did he know, his skills were noticed by more then just common folk.
