In this story we meet a thief named Rajack who has to save old time London from the legendary killer Jack the Reaper.

It is about two different people who hate each other but one is a hero and one is a villain and both are insane but the hero has a line he doesn't cross and the villain has no line he doesn't cross and their both in a deadly game that ends when one of them dies
