Megan Lowe, an average 18 year old, likes every celebrity except Justin Bieber. She thinks he is too full of himself and doesn't like his personality. She never thought she would meet him until they run into each other. On the other hand Justin is trying to prove to her that he is not what she thinks he is. They also have to fake date for the media. Which brings them closer and closer together until they realize they might have fallen for each other.
