I was born with a disorder that you all may have heard of,deafness. I've never heard the beeping of cars, the laughter of people, the sound of rain. but I heard him loud and clear. I didn't have to hear his voice, he had my attention from the beginning but the question is did I have his? Kian Ross the guy with brains and looks. The popular guy that doesn't play sports. The guy who won't let anyone run over him. I am the "weird" deaf girl who know one tries to get to know. I have know friends because no one knows how to talk to the deaf girl. But on one of the worst nights of probably both of our lives we meet and that's where our story began.

After five years of not talking to each other, they're partnered in a project and Phil's wants to win Dan over just like he has with most of their year. But yet, Dan is determined to find out what Phil is hiding behind his arrogant mask.

Phil starts getting cute, little messages from a secret admirer and gradually feels himself falling more and more in love with the boy. But can you really like someone you've never seen before? And what will happen when Phil finds out the real identity of his admirer?

As Phil finds love, Dan is left alone. He hides his feelings for Phil, until he finds out that Phil's new love, is hiding something. Something big. Trying to find out what it is, Dan gets hurt and drags Phil down with him. Will they escape the arms of Phil's "love"? Or will they be forced to stay and hide the secrets from the rest of the world?
