Then after a month or more of one-on-one sessions, they leave my office a reformed individual, a happy individual. EXCEPT THAT ISN'T WHAT HAPPENS. Someone IS killing my clients. The cops think I'm hiding something from them because I'm the ONLY thing connecting the victims of this killer. How do I prove I'm innocent, and all I want is for the murders to stop? Then the ANONYMOUS ENVELOPES start showing up. In each envelope is an item belonging to my dead client. The killer is reaching out. If I don't act quickly, another body will drop, AND IT WILL BE MY FAULT.

"Y-you," she stuttered, staring at the handsome man sitting on the sleek black throne, "you're..." He rolled his eyes, waving his hand impatiently and said, "Hades. Come on, say it with me. Ha-des." "Hades," Ariel breathed out, still not believing the sight before her. Every picture she had seen of the gods had not depicted Hades' beauty. The god sitting before her was not a crusty old man with a white beard; no, he was a Calvin Klein model. "Yes," Hades clasped his hands together and grimaced, "the God of Death and riches; that's me." "But I am afraid this is.'' She stuttered. ''This was. You see there was an accident. I sprayed you with a love potion." "A love potion? How sweet." He began to nibble at her neck. She could not help liking the way he felt against her. But quickly reminded herself. HE IS A VAMPIRE! "No really, it is not sweet at all. It was an accident. I had it in my bag thinking it was mace, I wanted to mace you," she explained. "I suppose that's nicer then," he said to her. "No, that's not nice at all. But you grabbed me, and well, that's what you deserved." "I was trying to warn you to run, meant you no harm."
