Jason Todd, Dick Grayson and Damian Wayne are in Miami, here to shut down the Scarecrow's infiltration of the Miami drug scene. For reasons unknown, she's blind and she's somehow found herself wandering a forest. The rain stings her skin as it pours down and her antiseptic-smelling clothes suddenly catch flame and that's all she can remember. FIRE. For some reason, she's suddenly got superpowers. she doesn't know what to do with them, and it looks like no one will be able to help her. At least until she meets a new friend, someone with a spark in her eyes that lights up their lives like a flash of LIGHTNING. The Justice League is determined to control them, and so is the organization of villains that seems to always be one step ahead of them no matter what they do. But with the help of their team, Emma Grayson and Willow Lance are determined to show them wrong and save the day. And that's just what they'll do. One day Clayton almost gets to spray paint a rich guys car but gets caught. What will happen when Bruce Wayne adopts him and he finds out a secret he's not supposed to know? Damian Wayne is now twelve years old with only one friend named Colin Wilkes. When kids that resemble old villains pop up all over Gotham, they'll need to devise a plan to take them down. With the help of Colin, Damian will have to create a team of super kids to defeat the team of the villains' kids. Who will come out on top?
