In this tale of survival, fear and love, we find out about what it really would of been like if Prim was the girl tribute for District 12.

Aloe Mellark is the daughter to Katniss and Peeta. With her 12th birthday nearing and the Hunger Games soon after the family is on edge. Though it is only her first time to the reaping Katniss and Peeta feel that the odds may be rigged and President Snow may finally have his chance to make them pay for the havock they caused all those years ago. Just as they predicted Aloe was chosen as a tribute for District 12 but so is her old brother River. This time only one will be a champion, the question is who?

President Paylor has been assassinateded by Alva Snow; who returns to take over Panem with a fiery vengance. The 77th Hunger Games have officially begun. Silver Iris and Rye Mellark have been drafted in the Reaping - along with Axel Hawthorne, Retiarius Odair, Alura Abiteth, and twenty-one helpless others. Will Gale and Katniss finally receive their long awaited apologies, or will bitterness take a deeper root? Will the Capitol's invisible grasp on Katniss and Peeta's mind weaken, or will watching their children suffer drive them over the edge? Twenty-six tributes, only one can live. Happy Hunger Games. It has been a century since the rebellion, and the Capitol still wants revenge... As it is the Fourth Quarter Quell, there will be four games held this year. One will be held with twenty-four children reaped from Districts One to Four. The second will have twenty-four children reaped from Districts Five to Eight. The third will have twenty-four children reaped only from Districts Nine to Twelve. There will be six tributes reaped from each of the twelve Districts, and eight people will win each of the three Games giving us twenty-four finalists to take part in the Ultimate Games where only one will prevail victorious. Overall, seventy one children will die in this years Hunger Games and one will survive. May the odds be EVER in your favour....
