A sort of fan-fic about BBC's 'The Adventures of Merlin'. Written as diary entries from various characters. I love the show but this practically takes the micky out of it. I actually don't believe in Merthur, but it works well for my story line so I let it roll. It would be great to get some comments and feedback from you guys :) Usually I'm half as funny as I think I am so let me know =P

After Freya's death Merlin thinks he'll never find love again. But he couldn't be more wrong. As Arthur tries to cheer up his manservant they both discover something. Something that can't happen between them, not with Uther as king. Will their love be more powerful than the fear they feel? "We look each other in the eyes. I could drown in his blue eyes. I'm getting closer. My heart is racing. I feel warm. My eyes drops to his lips. I need to kiss him. I feel my stomach upside down. He's coming closer too. We're two inches distant. Slowly I place my lips on his. They're really soft and warm. We kiss. It's a gentle kiss. Our lips are synchronized. I grab his face with my hands, bringing him nearer. We keep kissing and when we move away a thought hits me. This can't happen. If my father finds it out, he will kill him. I don't want to hurt Merlin." Arthur didn't die in the last episode of merlin, Merlin managed to save him and get him back to Camelot. However, Merlin has feelings for Arthur, so strong that he struggles to hide it. But Arthur has his own problems and his own broken heart that maybe even Merlin can't heal.

While on a camping trip, Merlin was obviously exhausted as he'd been acting strange all day. As he falls asleep, Gwaine finds a small leather bound journal hidden away in the servants coat, which he soon learns is a journal. He reads a few to himself, then to the Knights. They all soon realize how sad and how seemingly alone Merlin believes he is. They all realize, just how little they know about Merlin. [Hint: The Knights and Arthur learn about Freya!]

Merlin slowly falls in love with Arthur, and can't take the constant pain of seeing him with Gwen every day. What will happen when Merlin quits his job as servant to the king due to feelings getting in the way?

Merlin AU Due to Nimueh using sorcery during Arthur's birth, Arthur was given the gift of magic. He has never told anyone.
