He used to be one of TV's most beloved actors. He had the good looks, played the golden boy characters and had the voice that millions would be jealous of. He was in the spotlight and talked about daily, until one day he just wasn't. He just seemed to disappear, and with everything else going on, the mystery of where he went faded quickly, Hollywood moved on. I was one of those that didn't follow all of the Hollywood drama, but I knew who he was; everyone did. I never thought I would see his face on magazines again, and I never once thought that Hollywood's golden boy would be sitting in front of me with lifeless eyes and an attitude that warned you not to approach him. I never expected to meet him in person ever, but the last place I would ever expect to see him would be Rehab. In here no one cared who you were, all that mattered was the addiction and the fact that we all knew at this point our lives have fallen apart. Some would be put back together, and some were destroyed beyond being fixed. Nothing ever prepared us for the addiction we would face, but even worse is no one and nothing can prepare you for the up's and down's and the trials you would face, the unexpected people you would connect with, the heartbreaking stories, the late night talks, the friends you would make and the friends you would lose. Nothing could prepare you for the horrors and happiness found here that you would be forced to live with for the rest of your life. I thought my life was over, but I found the right people to help me through, I found out who my friends were, what the closest people in my life thought of me, most importantly I learned to live with my choices and move on, and it all started in rehab General Fiction - 9 Romance - 27 *Cover By Jessmb94*

"I want you to be a part of the Anti-Delinquent System." Mr Blythe paces backwards and forth in his office, his expression solemn. I want you to expose them for their tricks: the ones they've got away with in the past. Only once these five students are removed can Lindale High become a place where education is an accessible opportunity for everyone." Erika Monroe is being recruited to bring down the mysterious Chase Thatcher. Her job? To catch him in the act of something bad, and give the Principal an excuse to expel him. Erika has never been one to turn down an opportunity which could get her a good word for a scholarship, but this time, she's unsure. What if, by trying to catch Chase out, she finds herself caught by surprise? Maybe, the newfound delinquent doesn't need to be tamed. Maybe, he just needs to be saved.

I love it a lot because I used it as a platform to talk about issues that mean a lot to me and I feel don't get enough attention (especially as I got older and learnt more), but please keep that in mind!! He hissed as the alcohol touched his bleeding wound and he grabbed my hand. His touch ignited a flame and I knew that later I might have to treat myself for burns. "I'm sorry, did that hurt?" I asked, softly. I tried to calm my breathing as I did so, he was so close. The years that I spent staying away from his kind weren't paying off. "No," He retorted sarcastically, still holding onto my hand. "I hissed because I'm a snake. Of course that hurt, pumpkin." His comment awakened several buried memories, but I ignored them and continued to work on his wound. "Could you please let go of my hand now?" I muttered. He smirked and shook his head. "Do I scare you?" he asked, completely ignoring my question. Even though he did scare me, he scared me completely biscuit-less, I rose my head up and shook my light brown waves. "Absolutely, not." ************************ Gemma Reynolds is an an overworked nurse and probably one of the most innocent and pure people you will ever meet. Her life consists of a simple and constant routine, wake up early, workout, go to work, eat , sleep and listen to her mother criticize her about not having a boyfriend or husband. She has always been hidden in the shadows and even in high school she preferred to stay away from anyone living or breathing, especially Mr. Wyatt Evans. When Wyatt comes into the hospital battered, bruised and bleeding, one night, Gemma is to take care of him. Through several long nights at the hospital, dangerous hide outs and intricate explanations, Gemma figures out that there is more to life than her simple routine and maybe nursing the bad boy isn't as bad as it seems.
