After a quest that caused both to join forces, sorta fall in love, then have one leave the other and now everyone thinks the one left behind is now dead. Clarke Griffin was left behind in front of a cave full of monsters in a mountain after Lexa made a deal, leaving Clarke's friends behind. Of course Clarke went in to save them but while saving Raven she got pulled back in and was never seen again. Everyone mourned and the tension between Greeks and Romans only grew as time went on.
