The boys of One Direction have some down time before they start up again on their new tour. And they couldn't get any happier when Zayn shows up months after he left One Direction. But that happiness for Niall is short lived when the flu that he has contracted earlier that week gets worse. He never told Liam, Louis, or Harry because he didn't want to be a bother during their busy schedule. After a few complications, Niall finally receives the treatment he needs. But what if, instead of getting better, they were too late to get medical care and he gets worse?

Niall was constantly made fun of by his family, friends and piers about his weight,appearance and personality. They always claimed it was teasing or playful critic. Didn't mean it hurt any less.
