He's on the most wanted list, and Seira's biggest target, because he always manages to slip through both Seira's and the Polices' grips. But when Seira runs into him in her "Day Time", she has to pretend to be a normal girl. Both end up getting caught up in turmoil and have to work together to get back out of it. They both might just not be what they've expected eachother to be.
