Negan has severe anxiety, and he's 70% positive he has depression. Rick just wants to help him.

Negan comes for his first pickup after he met Rick and his team in the woods... Everyone is still mourning over the death of Glenn and Abraham.. Rick is struck pretty hard over it and keeps having nightmares about it.. He doesn't eat anymore, because if he eats it reminds him of seeing Glenn's head being plowed into the ground.. Negan finds out about it and tries to help Rick... But his feelings from day 1 comes creeping up and they discover they both feel the same way about each other.

"So...you're a model?" Cole asked, looking me up and down, his eyes glistening. "Yeah, but don't worry. I tend to keep things unprofessional when it comes to photographers like you." - or where KJ is a model and Cole is a photographer that ends up working with KJ on some shoots.
