Negan has severe anxiety, and he's 70% positive he has depression. Rick just wants to help him.

Negan comes for his first pickup after he met Rick and his team in the woods... Everyone is still mourning over the death of Glenn and Abraham.. Rick is struck pretty hard over it and keeps having nightmares about it.. He doesn't eat anymore, because if he eats it reminds him of seeing Glenn's head being plowed into the ground.. Negan finds out about it and tries to help Rick... But his feelings from day 1 comes creeping up and they discover they both feel the same way about each other.

Rick has always been the kind of person who never gives up, who fights and who keeps on going no matter what. People have known all this through time, regardless of whether he was an Omega and that his animal sign was that of a rabbit. The animal sign of a rabbit was rare to see, after all they were extinct but everything changed when he was born. Rick is known for being strong and intelligent as an Alpha, also for his beauty and feminine body, with blue eyes like glass, pink lips and plumb. This does not mean that he is an Alpha but people get confused when they know they think it is, all this until they see their body and believe it is a beta. Nobody knows that he is an Omega because he only tells them to whom he trusts, also because he is very well known for hiding his pheromones to what people think is an Alpha or Beta. Rick for that reason has only had his Heat once in his life and never again, but perhaps all this changes when he meets Negan an Alpha that is feared by everyone. Then Negan will discover that Rick really is an Omega who needs help, that he is broken and hurts himself when nobody sees. An omega corrupted and desperate to die, this is the only thing Rick thinks 'to take care of his children until they get a little older and dies by his own hands after leaving their lives.
