As a child, Arthur Kirkland never found himself living in a good environment. Abuse, torment, dealing with drunken family members almost every night. It left him to fend for himself at a young age. Although there was hell back then, Arthur learnt to put that pain behind him.
Growing up was difficult. Everyone treating him like an outcast because he was different. But even though he felt dead inside, Arthur learnt to put all that pain behind him.
Being with his new friends who finally accepted him, Arthur can feel at ease. For once, he was truly happy. But during a reoccurring dream he's kept from everyone, that pain is still there.
Haunting him.
Tormenting him.
Killing him.
Arthur finds the only thing left to do is to drown out the pain. A few drinks a night couldn't hurt. At least, that's what he thought. Will any of his friends care? He lost sight of that question down the road.
Will Alfred care?
The question never left his mind. It was pretty obvious to Arthur he wouldn't, but he couldn't keep that in his mind.
Drown Out The Pain With Whatever You Can.
But don't over do it.
You might just find yourself...
