Thomas is a normal kid who wakes up in a nightmare: the world is overrun by the undead. He manages to escape with the help of his neighbour, but soon he gets separated from his group and is taken in by benevolent saviors with a secret. Together they try to navigate the end of the world and find a safe place to call home.
