Sixteen year old, Chresanto August, is all alone on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. He left home, fed up with his parents behavior. When leaving, he only brought what he could fit in a book bag. A few pairs of clothes, a small blanket and the necessities for survival; a small amount of food, water, a pocket knife, and twenty dollars. He runs into some one just like him. The fifteen year old, Melanie Sanders, is also all alone in this world. Well, not completely alone, she has her two month old daughter, Amoré Fayth Sanders. Her parents disowned her the moment she told them about her pregnancy, her ex-boyfriend did the same. Now it's just them. What happens when the two cross paths?

Cori Nicole Harris is a 21 year old full-time college student. Born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey.She currently lives in her own apartment in New York City, and works two jobs to make due. Cori is a cashier at Starbucks and a bartender at the hottest and livest club in town called XXction. Cori also battles with an auto-immune disease called Lupus. She was diagnosed at 8 years old. Cori has trust issues due to past relationships, she's a very headstrong, and stubborn girl. Like mother like daughter they say. She gets lonely sometimes but she has no time for the bullshit. Romelo August The 23-year old man who was never wanted. Always had a life of struggle, but still had a caring heart. He put people who didn't care about him before himself, and was always left behind. Everyone he thought that cared about him, left and didn't look back. His family and friends left him in the streets and was never heard from again. The man is now homeless, and hides from everyone. He stays in a dark abandoned building, and sits in a window all day, and watch people lurk the busy streets. He hardly eats, making himself extremely skinny. He never leaves the building, only at night to look for food to where his stomach has been starved for the longest. He sits in a dark cold room, by himself, wondering why was he treated so poorly? Why didn't anyone like him? Why didn't anyone love him? Romelo wanted a lot of things, but what he needed was someone to love and take care of him. He needed help.
