Star and Marco were living a normal teenage life until an old enemy of Star's comes back for revenge at the end of their senior year. Forced on the run, Star and the Diaz family are chased across dimension after dimension as they try to take the evil forces down. All the while, Marco is questioning his feelings for Star. The end of the year dance is coming up, and Marco has his eyes on Jackie, but when things go wrong, and something happens to Star, Marco must figure out how to save his best friend. Star is advancing in her magic training which is good and bad. Bad because she'll have to leave Earth when she's fully trained. Marco doesn't want her to go especially when he hears that Star is engaged to a demon named Tom. But when Star accidently sends them straight into Tom's home, things get a little complicated. Will things turn out okay for these best friends? Will they become more then friends?

Marco Diaz and Star Butterfly have been fighting monsters for what seems like forever. But when they start to have feelings for each other, how much will change?
