The dragon continued to climb quickly gaining altitude and slowing its speed. Then just before stalling the dragon did a flip roll and dove. Elodia with her arms out stretched and fingers wide gave a scream of pure delight as she rode her dragon. She loved the feeling of weightlessness in her belly during the dive. Then rolling and looping the dragon skimmed the wave tops while Elodia laughed. She had never dreamed of the happiness she now felt, and was grateful her life had been so blessed. It all started when she fled from her village, was rescued, and found the egg. Cover Design by Yvonne Less @ www.art4artists.com.au

The Empire of Cathay teeters on the brink of rebellion, and only the lost magic of Dragon Songs can prevent the realm from descending into chaos. Blessed with an unrivaled voice, Kaiya dreams of a time when music could summon typhoons and rout armies. Maybe then, the imperial court would see the awkward, gangly princess as more than a singing fool. When members of the emperor's elite spy clan uncover a brewing rebellion, the court hopes to appease the ringleader by offering Kaiya as a bride. Obediently wedding the depraved rebel leader means giving up her music. Confronting him with the growing power of her voice could kill her. THIS IS THE 3rd PERSON VERSION. Long ago in the Korean kingdom of Joseon, a long-time rivalry between two young noblemen leads to a plot for revenge. Unfortunately for Young Min, the nobleman being revenged upon, this only leads to being terribly misunderstood and cursed with a crippling affliction. It isn't his best day. When his curse only worsens, Young Min sets off to find a cure in the next town over. A mountain stands between him and his destination, and the path is rumored to be haunted--though the travelers themselves might be more dangerous than the spirits. Along the way, Young Min gets caught up in a mystery involving a crossdressing girl, ghost-fearing musicians, and a horde of belligerent robbers. Everywhere he turns, there seems to be something else blocking him from getting to his destination and finding a cure, especially after the mountain's nine-tailed fox is forced out of hiding. She doesn't like helping people, and she's not happy. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2016 Wattpad Featured story Fantasy #128 (5/5/15) Historical Fiction #68 (7/15/14)
