It's Valentines Day and Kakashi is reminded of his past again, for his heart is broken, beat up, and even chipping away. But then a wild Sakura appeared and it used Worry. He tells her about his "useless" broken heart, saying that no one would ever love it again. That was obviously bullshit in Sakuras' eyes. She loved him dearly.
