He was a tornado that came into my life and turned everything upside down, but to be fair I was lost and confused even before he came into my life. People would say I was uptight and needed to relax and have fun, but how can you have fun when you were constantly trying to be perfect. My main goal in life was to win the Mavis Van Hoogen trophy at the end of high school. This trophy meant everything to me, it was given to the student that was poised, graceful well spoken, helpful, well behaved and basically everything parents dream their perfect child to be. I wanted to be perfect and this trophy told everyone that I was perfect, but after I won it I felt completely lost. Without any direction, I followed my parent's wishes and set off to study at the University of Cape Town. On the way, I met him he had taken the bus to Cape Town after flipping a coin. He was reckless, he was spontaneous, he was in my opinion crazy and yet I secretly longed to be as carefree as he was. That is probably why I agreed to his insane plan. For one year I was not going to plan, I was not going to worry, I was going to go with the flow, he was going to plan, he was going to worry and he was going to take me on "the adventure of my life" as he put it.

Hey! My name is Emerson Grace, but If you've been tuned into the news you would probably know that already. It's weird to think that I am one of the most wanted criminals right now. How on earth did I get myself onto all the tv screens with the caption: wanted for drug trafficking, ID and bank fraud and suspicion of murder, I don't really know. I think it started that night at the Mercury House or maybe on the day of my mother's Forever Lovely Beauty Pageant. How it started doesn't matter when the only thing everyone seems to be asking is how the daughter of a beauty queen and a hotel mogul became an international criminal hunted by the FBI. You probably want to know that too don't you? Well, if you promise not to snitch I'll tell you. So listen carefully this is one hell of a twisted tale. Are you ready to know the story behind the news story? A/N As of 18 September 2015, I will be updating every Thursday for this story.
