Being an abused teenager is not easy, its emotional, painful, depressing, and so on... Running for places to hide becomes a challenge. Keeping your secret life a secret from people at school becomes harder each day. You don't think anybody truly cares for you. You just want to give up, you feel useless.. Until he comes into your life. He changes everything. Everything you once thought you lost was back, but in a new type of way. You learn to trust. To take the fall. He shows you what it feels like to be loved, to feel safe, to feel protected, but will it last? Or all come crashing down?

This is a book of some poems I've written recently. Some are about me, some are about books, and some are about something else entirely. Either way, I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them.
