Kellin Quinn had done nothing wrong to be dragged from his house in the middle of the night. He had done nothing to be tied to the post, to be beaten. He had done nothing to almost be set on fire, to almost die. Or had he? After being saved by the dangerous rebel, Vic Fuentes, Kellin finds out that he has powers. Not many people have these powers, and the government wants to keep it that way to stop any form of rebellion. What they don't know, though, is that Kellin himself is a form of rebellion. He is a hurricane, and he will lead the rebellion with the help of Vic. The only problem is that the government is out to get him, and will stop at nothing to ensure the rebels defeat. Kellin Quinn was made to submit, but he refuses to submit for anyone. As a future holder of the pack, his parents want him to reproduce with his mate and create more heirs for the pack's alpha ranking. The only problem is that Kellin doesn't want to be mated to an alpha. Sure he may want kids and a mate, but he doesn't want his mate to be an alpha. His parents have been trying to get him to mate with an alpha since he reached sexual maturity, which was at age 17. Kellin Quinn is the new guy in San Diego. He's introduced to a group of Mexicans that take a liking to Kellin. One just doesn't take notice of him at all though. That just won't do. He starts noticing that this particular group of sexicans have special abilities. THIS IS A KELLIC IN ALL OF ITS GLORY!!!
