Just a little fan fiction about Newt and Thomas having a fling, having feelings for each other, and Minho getting hurt and entering the Maze at night. The character personality might be a bit different, but not on purpose. This is the first fanfic I'm pretty serious about, so sorry if it's a bit...juvenile. Thomas hasn't sleep well since coming to the glades. He been having nightmare. Newt tries to help Thomas adjust to his new life.

Based on The Maze Runner by James Dashner, this is the story of two ordinary boys being tested by WICKED for a cure to the flare that have learned to survive and love each other all the way to the end. Good that? Good that. (I am not James Dashner in any way so I do not own the characters, setting, or storyline and I was not the first to think of Newtmas, even though I've always shipped it)

The last thing I remember was my body hitting the ground. I open my eyes to see a blinding white light, and then he's standing there. Newt. And he was smiling. He looked as if he was the happiest boy alive; like he had never been broken. "Welcome to heaven, Tommy," smirked Newt, "took you long enough to get here."
