Long ago, when dragons roamed the earth, people suddenly got together and started killing the dragons, they were called the hunters. There was no exact reason why they hunted the dragons, but mainly they found it fun. This caused dragons to start to die off and become more aggressive and distant to humans. A century later, dragons started choosing their own riders, nobody truly knows why or even how the dragons suddenly got attached to humans and choose their riders, but I think it might be some type of mental connection between the dragon and the person. The people chosen to ride their dragons were called the riders and it was heard that they lived in the hills and roamed the skies, protecting us from dangerous wild dragons. But it's been so long since anyone has seen a dragon or a dragon rider it all seems like it might be a myth now, but I know one thing is for sure, and that is that I want to be one of them.
