Irony {noun} - a state of affairs or an event that seems deliberately contrary to what one expects and is often wryly amusing as a result. Khloe Matthews had never really considered how ironic her life was until she died. At parties, the head cheerleader would do something BIG to get revenge. If this meant spreading secrets and telling lies then she would do it. How ironic is it that Khloe used parties as a way of ending her peers' social lives and in turn someone used her own end of summer party to end her life? The sad thing is that Khloe didn't even really see it coming, but as she recounts her story, it becomes increasingly obvious that her so called 'friends' did. Now her friends will have to learn that just because the bitch is dead, it doesn't mean she's gone. Who said you had to be alive to get revenge? graphic by @obsessedhumor- [highest ranking = #1 in mystery & thriller {29/12/15}] All Rights Reserved Copyright © longtimegone Steal my work-face my wrath.

Jesabel is a liar. When her only friend mysteriously disappears, she does what comes naturally. She keeps her truth from the world. Without warning, she is thrown into a web of lies far more dangerous and lethal than anything she could imagine. With an annoyingly charming boy by her side, can she unravel what she refuses to tell - the truth? WHITE LIES HAS BEEN REVISED, EDITED AND REWORKED! Happy late new year, friends! I'd like to take this opportunity to announce that White Lies, a story that has been up and running on Wattpad since 2011, has been re-written and revised for the coming decade. What does this mean? This entails the same characters you know and love, with better flow, better writing, more nuanced character development, more mature content, and entirely different plot lines. Jesabel's character has changed drastically since I last introduced her to the world (nearly NINE years ago! yikes!), and I wanted to make this story a more nuanced and modern take. When I had written White Lies, I had been just 14 years old. And I've done a ton of growing, learning, and unlearning over the years. This means that my characters have grown and developed with me. If you are an old friend and re-reader - welcome, and please enjoy the same old story you love with a brand new take! If you have started along this White Lies journey beginning in December and all throughout January, you might have read a half-edited and half-original version of the story. So please feel free to re-read at your leisure! I won't bite, I promise.

Going through my pictures, I went to the one that I had just taken, and the phone slowly slipped out of my grasp. What had escaped my notice before is that the couch I had taken the picture on was against a window, which showed the backyard of the house. But in this picture, it wasn't an empty backyard. No, behind my smiling face was another one, outside the window. It was his face. Covered with a black ski mask, watching me. *** All 19-year-old Layna wanted to do was forget about the guy that broke her heart, and move on with her new boyfriend Brian. But instead, she unwittingly attracted the attention of a stalker. Someone who had been watching her every move for a month, plotting and planning for the perfect moment when he could take her. What Layna never would have expected was that when he finally kidnaps her, she would have to undergo "The Test". The Test that the girls before her had gone through. The one they failed, and payed heavily for. Will she pass The Test or will she die like the others?

Highest Rank: ||Mystery/Thriller #1|| ||Action #3|| We don't have a written manual on how to survive being a teenage girl and an agent for a secret government organization but there are definitely a few unmentioned rules that we spy girls go by: -You can never trust anyone, especially not hot boys, whether you're on a mission or not. -Your cover is your best weapon, so don't blow it. -Always buy the shoes... you may never know if you'll get a second chance. -Most importantly don't get attached to the subject. Especially if said subject is cute, because when in Rome...not all is as it seems. I mean you wouldn't guess a group of American girls were actually spies working for a secret agency right? How far will teen girls go for approval from their peers? Pretty far, it turns out. When pretty, smart Sara Long is found bludgeoned to death, it's easy to blame the man with the bat. But when Georgia Davis -- former cop and newly-minted PI -- is hired to look into the incident at the behest of the accused's sister, what she finds hints at a much different, much darker answer. It seems the privileged, affluent schoolgirls on Chicago's North Shore have learned just how much their innocence is worth to hot-under-the-collar businessmen. But while these girls can pay for their newly gotten Prada pricetags, they don't realize that their new business venture may end up costing them more than they can afford. I'll post chapters one at a time, but if you just HAVE to find out what happens before they're all up, here's where you can buy the ebook (It's also available in paperback and audio, btw): http://amzn.com/B001UE8J4Y https://itunes.apple.com/us/book/easy-innocence/id586071761?mt=11 http://store.kobobooks.com/en-US/ebook/easy-innocence
