This story takes place before the ship wreck on the show, Oliver is still a little bit of a playboy and his father is still alive. Tommy and Felicity are brother and sister, Oliver has been best friends with Tommy since they were young. While on their way back home for Tommy's wedding, Oliver receives some devastating news about his father that has him fake having a fiancé. Someone who his father already knows, and someone who was planning on bringing a date to the wedding but happened to dump him at the airport. What happens when Felicity and Oliver become engaged??!

Oliver loses someone he loves and can't deal with the grief it causes. He needs help from everyone around him to truly be able to deal with the situation. Through this he might find someone he never noticed before.

After Oliver leaves to fight Ra's al Gul, Felicity is devastated. Not knowing what to do, she tries to help the rest of the team continue in the only way she knows how: with computers. But what will she do when even her trusty computers fail her?
